Martin Mackay is the President of Pfizer Global Research and Development (PGRD). Martin oversees more than 9,000 employees spanning across the globe, 9 therapeutic areas and several functional lines (Research, Development Operations, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Drug Safety, etc). Martin began his career at Pfizer in 1995 as the Director of Discovery Biology in the UK.
