REFUND POLICY

1. Refund Eligibility

Cancellation: No refund policy if the registrant cancels their registration

Duplicate Registration: Registrant is eligible for 100% refund or can transfer their registration to another person.

To request a refund or transfer the registration, registrants must contact the conference organizers using the provided contact information. Refund requests should include the registrant's name, registration details, Proof of duplicate registration (Transaction details).

In case of duplicate registration, refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original registration within 10 working days.

2. Non-Transferable:

Registration fees are typically non-transferable. If a registrant is unable to attend the conference, they cannot transfer their registration to another person without the explicit approval of the conference organizers.

3. Event Modifications:

The conference organizers reserve the right to make changes to the conference schedule, format, or content, including speakers and sessions, without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle registrants to a refund.

4. Acknowledgment:

By registering for the conference, registrants acknowledge and agree to abide by this refund policy.
