Company is actively engaged in grounds up development/ acquisition and buy and lease back investment opportunities focused on technology/ laboratory/R&D spaces, Technical environments and Healthcare buildings/campus across India.
Earlier was associated with the Transaction Advisory Group of the infrastructure and real estate vertical of Ernst & Young India. Provided corporate finance advisory focused on private equity fund raising, debt syndication, mergers & acquisitions, Joint Venture/ Joint development partner search etc. for companies/ projects across India. Earlier was associated with the advisory group of E&Y with focus on assignments relating to India entry strategy, corporate planning, Commercial due diligence, Government advisory, Public Private Partnership (PPP) Structuring, Feasibility studies & Optimal Land Use Studies, Joint venture/development partner search, investment promotion etc.
