Rehan A. Khan is the Managing Director of Abott India. Prior to his role, he was the General Manager & Country Head of Abbott Nutrition's India affiliate for 3 years.
Abbott is a broad-based health care company devoted to the discovery, development, manufacture and marketing of pharmaceuticals, nutritionals, devices and diagnostics products. Abcott has had an enduring commitment to India over 100 years.
Rehan has held several global leadership positions in marketing, strategic planning and operation roles in past 16 years. He was earlier the Vice President of Sales and Marketing with AstraZeneca India and prior to this, he spent 11 years in the US, UK and Continental Europe ( Switzerland, Germany, Holland & Sweden with Novartis Pharma AG, Accenture and Ventura Media LLP.
Rehan has a SM degree in Biomedical Sciences from Harvard Medical School and MIT Sloan ( Harvard - MIT division of Health Sciences), a MBA from Drexel University and a BS from the University of Wisconsin- Madison. He is a distinguished guest at BioAsia 2013.
Rehan enjoys playing squash and is passionate about contemporary art.
